My apologies for posting in your public blog, but your contact form doesn't seem to be working. (I click on the green triangle and it 404s). I'd like to e-mail you to ask you questions about your LJ unauther code, as I want to fiddle with it to get community support working. Hopefully you can e-mail me back at the address I put in the reply. Otherwise... try... "brianb" . I go to UNSW in AU.

To be honest if I lost every phone number in my phone I can't seeing it bothering me a great deal. Anyone I contact regularly has their number saved on my PC, or they contact me regularly enough for me to hear from them. I really need to clear out all those numbers I never use, theres people in my phone from back in high school, who I have no desire to speak to ever again. Maybe it'd be good if my phone broke.

I've also never lost a phone. I keep it in my right pocket, its always there.

However, after reading this I was amused to find myself texting you asking for a phone number, which I'm sure I asked you for last month, and the month before. Maybe I just dont save anything anymore. Well that one is saved now.

And no, I won't be joining any groups to give out my number. My number is far too easy to remember, and I like not having the entire internet knowing it. I don't even think its on my facebook page, I figure if anyone really wants it, they'll find a way to get it. As it is, I like my privacy.

It's not actually Facebook, AIUI, but a third-party, but yes, I'm aware of that. Not that I care, because I back up my phone daily like a good little boy.

Fazzbukk offers a phonebook service which collates all of your friends' visible contact numbers. It's delightfully hidden under Settings -> Account Settings -> Mobile -> Phonebook. Or just run a search for Phonebook and then click the "Did you mean..." link.

Hi!
Great article! Thanks so much for this. Whilst building an Assessment Form that, among other items, assesses Active Listening, I also added "Recall"; remembering facts and details the speaker had mentioned at a previous point during the conversation as onedicator that Active Listening had taken place.

Cheers from Melbourne, Australia

At the risk of courting controversy, I'm kind of glad. It was the ugliest, blockiest building on Mill Street- when I lived opposite it darkened my heart a little every morning. Hopefully they'll replace it with something clean and new, and not some crumbling pile that was last cleaned/painted in 1875.

p.s. me getting into aber that night was just a coincidence, no matter how much I love fire.

[...] I posted recently in my old LiveJournal about how annoyed I was by the fact that Google Reader wouldn’t allow me to see locked entries, even when I was logged into LiveJournal. None of my LJ friends had found a workaround, so pre-”Project Runway” last night, I did a little Googling, and the first result that popped up was Scatmania’s LiveJournal for Google Reader.
This. Is. Awesome.

Thank you! And, because you wrote, 'when someone asks me'... I'd love to be able to add insanejournal accounts. Yep yep. But not a big deal -- I'm just basking in not having to log into everything. Woo!
